I had a great experience at Firestone! I came in with a flat tire and they got it assessed and fixed within 20 minutes of my arrival. Austin and Steven were wonderful!

I got my tire replaced today and Austin was amazing! As soon as I walked through the doors he came to help me. We were able to select something in my budget and it was done in less than an hour! They were super busy and the phones kept ringing but he handled it all so well.

Austin was very courteous and professionals. The technicians that worked on Saturday fixed my vehicle in a jiffy. Kudos to all of them. Please give them a raise. -Geoff

Hands down amazing customer service. Went above and beyond for me. Called for a new tire after I was hit in a parking lot. Got me reserved and in the system no hassle. Damage was to my front bumper and tire. Come in, not only is the tire replaced super fast, but they went ahead and fixed up the bumper to make her a little more presentable. They didn't have to and they did it anyways. Absolute magic and 10/10 service. Highly recommend this shop. Posted the before and after pics. Amazing.

Had a flat tire and no jack—thought I was in for a bad day. Pulled in and these Firestone guys jumped on it immediately. Friendly, accommodating, and fair from start to finish. What felt like a disaster turned into a blessing thanks to their quick help and good spirit. Grateful for how they took care of me—highly recommend these guys!
